Public Notice-Proposed Substantial Amendments to the Seminole County Five Year Consolidated Plan/One-Year Action Plan (CDBG Program)

On Tuesday, April 25, 2017, the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners will consider amending two of its One-Year Action Plans. The Five-Year Consolidated Plan and its corresponding One-Year Action Plans govern the allocations and expenditures of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

City of Sanford Notice of Funding Availability and Solicitation of Proposals

On October 1, 2017, the City of Sanford expects to receive funding from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for activities that benefit low and moderate income families or persons. Proposals are now solicited for projects to help meet the needs identified in the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan.
